So 4 minutes of praising mancini's "non existent" man management and then when the presenter(dont know his name) tries turning the conversation into a negative (MASSIVE LOSSES) they just turn that into a non issue.

The journo's have turned the corner now, they know we can't be stopped and are booking tickets for the bandwagon tour.

Oh well, this thread was fun while it lasted.

This show would have been so different last season. Not one mention of corrupt evil empires just casual almost admiration.

It's extrodinary how some of these characters just shuffle position & act as if they've been saying the same thing all along. Holt's cool, unarsed, neutral demeanour when discussing Mancini is so utterly at odds with his vitriolic 'bad smell under the nose' attitude from less than a year ago.

It does show though, how easily they can change back again if & when it suits them.

Good man JC..you are now officially off the Spastic list.

It is really impossible to slag us off at all right now and they know it - as soon as we slip up they will regroup and start the slaggin off...make no mistake.

Starting to see the light? If the football was boring they would be in two minds about Mancini, as it is they are attracted to what they see and basically can't help themselves.

Just wait to see what happens if and when we beat some Euro teams. If City get a result in Naples and beat Bayern OR if we squeek through the group and beat a group winner, either way, these monkeys will be sucking Bob's nuts and making out they always thought him the messiah.
I rekon that would also trigger them to start looking at the tactics and style of play and the first murmurings about the idea that 'other' teams need to try and emulate City. Basically the first moves in putting us on a pedestal.

Is it not media bias if they start praising us?

Do you ever post anything positive about City? Or even discuss City players etc? The last few months I've only ever seen you popping up in threads winding people up about the media etc.

Have you any proof of that or are you just making up things to try be argumentative.I will say what my opinion is on an issue but if your need to be held up as some sort of beacon of rightousness and knowledge that you makes you very sad.

If we don't really deserve it then yes, absolutely. Same as if we get great big piles of shite every week for three years solid, like we had recently, that would be bias, against us.

Somehow, I don't think we'll suffer from too much praise that we don't deserve, but seeing as we're having he best start in PL history, right now I'd say we deserve it lavishing on us with a spade in fact we deserve more of it than any other team after 12 games.

Having listened to them discussing City you have to say though that it is all said in a very begrudging way

If Spurs were in this position they would be creaming it but when asked if City are his tip for the title its all very low key but that is an improvement on always trying to have a laugh at the clubs expense which is what they were doing previously

I know what you mean but one of them (not Holt, not the new fella, the other one) went through the whole programme talking as though he was on his way to his own execution, so dont be too sensitive. Ollie is now our greatest fan after being our greatest enemy - presumably having had therapy for his Mark Hughes obsession (or finally realising he was wrong) - and I thought they were quite fair all in all.
