Has Navas got genuine pace though? When do you ever see him outstrip anybody? For me he just has fast moving legs. I don't know who decided to sign him but he's Championship level at best. I despise Kyle Walker but in the last couple of games he has been a more effective winger than Navas and he's a right back.
I said the exact same thing to a work colleague this morning. I don't think I've seen him make up 2 yards on a player to beat them to a ball when we are attacking! His best attribute is his defensive work, but going forward I am sick of seeing the same move from him time after time. He needs to be moved on, good hard worker but just not good enough for what we need.
