The term 'heck of a', makes a come back.

Sorry just getting bored with this Tika Taka without a shot at the end.
The game is over as a spectacle.

Iniesta is absolutely pants man, I saw him give the ball away at least twice in that match!

Crikey that was a heck of a post. They scored three goals and I'll bet the Turks are exhausted chasing shadows all game. Croatia will be a sterner test.

wasn't there a quote where he said he wants 100 midfielders? obviously thats an exaggeration but the man's love for the midfield cannot be overstated.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Am not going to admit I've watched much of the games to be honest as far too busy to sit and do so (I'll explain at some point) but, and have commented on SOF Facebook this morning. All these flares and the flare gun that got in for the Russia game is fucking frightening. I would have thought Paris if all places to be ultra tight security to the point you wouldn't be able to get anything inside the stadiums. At what point is a mass tragedy going to happen as surely these sick fuck suicide bombers will see the lack of searches as an invitation to have a real go live on television. Frightening and just hope everybody stays safe.

A pretty regular method of getting the flares inside is for some guys to get in and then find somewhere to lean out of the stadium and have the flares thrown up to them by people who haven't entered yet. I would also think that the security is focused on bombs and weapons, not flares and fire crackers. And I wouldn't be surprised if the violence taking place outside the stadiums is a result of the French being 110% focused on islamic terrorism. Not defending the French police at all but I get the feeling that this is what you get with mass hysteria over one phenomenon.

It could be well placed hysteria depending on a breaking story from Belgium - 12 suspects arrested and detained overnight in an anti-terror operation. No news yet on what they were planning or which country they were targeting but the timing is possibly significant.

Reading between the lines, one station from Belgium is claiming there was a plan to launch an attack in Belgium during one of Belgium's Euro games, Belgium police said the arrests required immediate intervention - and Belgium's next game is at 2pm today - putting all that together, something was going to happen this afternoon.

Hysteria is never well placed ;). Of course the threat needs to be taken seriously, the championships is a prime target, but I suspect other security concerns have been given less attention.

According the Swedish media though, this was a real improvement. Sweden are being lauded for playing very tactics that are similar to the ones used by Lagerbäck, yet those very same tactics were being ridiculed and criticised by the same media that are now praising them when Hamrén's using them. Go figure. And the fact that we got done by a single throw-in in the dying minutes of the game seems to have passed largely unnoticed even though it's highly symbolic of the current manager's reign.

They might not see it as hysteria - it's a very subjective term.

Good to see Merlin getting back to his old form and not getting booted every five minutes, even though he hardly got mentioned by the commentator. Pukis did give a very rare compliment to a City player perhaps the first in this tournament from any source. Of course Pukis shows his admiration of Merlin by getting his players to kick and stop him.

Appalling anti City attitude throughout and across BBC and ITV. Good job BT are not involved.

Wilmots changes his right back and its not Denayer again. I thought Wilmots really liked him?
Either the Galatasaray loan was disastrous or hes injured...
