Still in control with two to go.
Dippers now have 4 games over 2 weeks (the price of being European Royalty)
Barca will run them into the ground in both games, tire them out, their two PL matches are not gimmes.
Advantage to us.

70 per cent possession. 7 shots on target to their zero. They had no corners either. Controlled the match tbh and defended really well towards the end. Just that free kick at the end which Stones dealt with.

Negatives clearly Leroy and Zinchenko. Other than that players played decently, including Gabby when he came on. Vinny played well as did the defence generally. Probably give Bernie MoM.

Liverpool have three games in 7 days coming up (two ties against Barca either side of that Newcastle game) - I could see them losing points in the league as well. Meanwhile our last two games are nicely spaced (ahead of our cup final).
