It's just said live on SSN the fee is around 24 million.

it also said that the deal takes the sheikh's spending so far to over a quarter of a billion!

Fuck me he's aged a bit during this transfer saga. What a tool, done more damage to his club that I think he's only just starting to realise this evening.

That's quarter of a billion spent now. Let's hope we see something in return.

Great that it's finally official. I can breathe a sigh of relief that we at least potentially have a defensive unit to work on.

"Undisclosed" as ever. We can't be blamed for this one...If Moyes wasn't such a stubborn Cnut, this could have been done three weeks ago, with Everton having enough time and money to get valuable additions into their squad. I think the "we'll walk away" speech by Hughes on Friday had Moyes shitting himself.

Fuck em

To be fair I think the whole £24mill thing is just to apease there fans. On there OS it says an improvement of the ORIGANAL offer which was £15mill, so it is most likly £20mill plus add ons.

i reckon it's 24million with addons taken into account. i reckon its £20 million up front. also bare in mind wolves get 25% of the fee (5 million) that means we are really getting lescott for about 15million plus addons. i'd say that's quite fair when you look at it like that. Lescott is defo a £15 million player after all.

Ah well fuck it, if it's £24M then fso be it!!!

At least we have him now, and at least we are ready to start our assault on the big 4 properly now!!!

Hopefully he'll prove his worth and become part of a rock solid defence!!!

If you compare him with Camelmouth then it's actually not bad value! I don't think there is a lot of difference between the two of them. He cost "them" £30M and we're spending £6M less on a player who he is virtually as good as.
