I really cant think of anyone who had a good game tonight. Nasri was ok but so many just looked all wrong tonight and I agree that's probably the worst Barry has played. Edin was very poor but collectively they didnt seem to have a clue and lacked any real intensity for the majority of the game.

Theoretically our strongest side available but in hindsight we should have had 1 up front and attacked from wide and the middle.Trouble would have been for that we would have needed real aggression and excellent running but that wasnt there.

Have I just heard right that Mancini has just said it was his fault as he thought it would be easier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fail to win PL and i think he's out. he's put all of his eggs in one basket - fucking off our cup chances in the process - and he's got NO excuses left.

This it..I have never got on Bobby's back ever until the CC game with scouse 1..I just wanted another trophy no matter what the competition we was in and we fucked about with the team setup and lost it.
I love the Bobby Manc with all my heart but him and the players tonight were a joke...No disrespect to scouse 2, they put a shift in and won by a flooky deflection.

Sergio Aguero seems to have escaped a slagging off when in all reality he deserves a good slagging off...hes been quite below average for a while now and I honestly thought he could actually run fast ????....hes a mirror image of Barry at times.

He is tired as hell. I think he is one of the most used players in the squad and Bob doesn't have a replacement for him. I would bench him with Fulham, but there is no one there and i am fully convinced that Mancini won't use Razak.

All the attacking unit was fucking hopeless including Silva. That was the worst back 4 we will face all season.

In all fairness aguero's one of the most highly rated footballers in the world. What the problem is the service isnt coming into him like the start of the season the team of late looks just like a bunch of players thrown together and not a team who have been training together nd should no there team mates inside out

Saddly, Dave has been like that for a while now. He had good games with Scouse and Spuds, but not like we were used.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility. Nor is it beyond reason that he might walk if we fail to win the league. He's used to very high standards of skill, intelligence and integrity, from both himself and from the teams he has managed to Scudettos in Italy.

Already in two years he's had the Tevez affair which is still dragging on; he's had his own protege Balotelli get himself needlessly booked and sent off whenever the mood takes him; he's seen his strikers go on bizarre slaloming expeditions instead of shooting; he's seen his players sent off for next to nothing; he's had another player (de Jong) refusing to sign a new contract because City refuse to be blackmailed; and he's seen the most ridiculous errors in defence from expensively signed players. On top of that, perhaps his best player disappears in mid season for a month to the bloody ACN.

I'd be surprised of Mancini wasn't deflated.

If (IF) City don''t win the league this season, there's no knowing what Sheikh Mansour and Khaldoon will do. They crave success, and like us aren't wanting to hang around for it.

This is what i was worried about...you cant just buy and buy amazing players and expect to win. Football is a team sport and we arent playing like one up front.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Why am I finding this talk as depressing as The Keegan era, even though we are top?

Can't argue with anything I've read on page 16
