The worst final I've seen in my life.

Rodri wins another ballon d'or now? If Madrid doesn't show up again will he put in a transfer request here to go and beg them to sign him?

Why do you keep having a go at Rodri? I'm not aware he's agitated for a move and probably hates Real.

He's one of the worlds best players, but it seems that at City, as soon as a player stumbles coming back from injury, it's all hatred. Ake had exactly the same after years of good service.

As far as I know, Rodri is ours.

Appears the argies were a bit upset that Spain pissed on their chips, if a team deserves a ban it's them. The scenes after the game were disgraceful let's give these fuckers a welcome when they put a premiership shirt on and help them not forget how cuntish they are.

Rodri - “I mean, for me, you can’t turn down the best clubs in the world.

“They have a fanbase that really goes all out for them, and for me, the Bernabeu is always incredible, a stadium that’s very imposing.”

Foden is one of ours, John - but you constantly have a go at him....

Mase answered, mate. It is the other way around, he wants Madrid. Something he said, not out of context.

I think he's disrespecting the club. This has nothing to do with his injury or his form.
His refusal to sign a new contract and his apparent desire to join Madrid, the very club that turned his greatest individual achievement into a mockery, is something I've genuinely never seen in all my years watching football. The only thing I can think of that would come close would be Alfie Haaland joining United after Roy Keane ended his career.

I actually think the club should be firmer in situations like this. City repaid him with a level of respect, trust and money that most players could only dream of. They made him captain, allowed him to postpone an operation because he didn't want to miss the World Cup, and stood by him throughout. Yet now it feels like we're the ones being taken for granted.

It reminds me of a relationship where the other person has simply fallen out of love for reasons that have nothing to do with you. Do you keep trying because of what you once had, accepting every new disappointment, or do you accept it's over and move on?

As a fan heading into this new era, I want a captain who is 100% committed to Manchester City, not someone who's busy sending subtle love letters to Madrid, hoping they'll finally notice him.

Rodders in this Spaniah team looked back to his best. Was he saving himself for that - highly likely. Do we stick or cash in now. If he's going to have anorher operation, it would seem we are keeping him. I'm good with this as long as we are putting legs around him.

Yeah Laporte gave him a nice little message when Ota left City as well  Probably heat of the moment stuff. I've seen a video where Rodri runs up to one of the Argie players at FT and gets in his face before shitting it. Probably to do with that.

Thankfully Argentina were in this competition, they made it entertaining.

And now he's having surgery before the season starts so he'll miss playing for us for a few months
