I would have Micah in my team ahead of him.
They are similar players, in that they arn't the most talented footballers. Not comfortable in possesion and very prone to mistakes. But i think Micah would shade it on his physical presence and airial ability.

Although saying that i would have Zabaleta in ahead of them both, while at the same time i would be attempting to buy a world class right-back such as Alves.

Zab ahead of Lahm?? I wouldn't be so sure of that.

I would. If Lahm was in this current squad he'd be my 5th choice right back. Really dont see what the fuss is about this guy! Very average player

I think this is just some conversation born out of boredom amongst some posters

You have already said it right - RB has been a major problem - so lets please please get a world class 1st choice - not somebody adapting like Zab (who I love as a player - but he is a 'make-do') - or someone not good enough like Micah

Exactly.

It would seem one or two don't rate him, but he's a recognised world class full back who has played at a top level for years, for both club and country.

And he's being compared to Micahel Tarnat and Micah Richards...

Lahm is top class.
"Like all bullies, they've just found out that there is a much bigger guy in town, someone who is richer and more powerful than their worst nightmare. And this smiling Arabic assassin is intent on stealing all the treasures they've nicked off everyone else, and pulverising them into commercial and footballing oblivion as he does so."

Compared to Tarnat by Dev. Who incidentally you remind more and more every day. Well unwitty and unfunny version of him anyway.

Incidentally, Robinho is word known player as well. What do you think of him?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Again, maybe a certain person that for whatever reason was appointed to be a Moderator on here, should lead by example rather than constantly be the main source of baiting.

and that is exactly why this topic was locked originally. Pointless argument over some German player. That was what this topic was started for and it has reached it's target.

I could see it million miles away going into this.

You see, the thread was fine once again until you fucking turned it into this again.
I suppose with me being so boring its a good job the board have you to brighten up their lives and teach them all about the ins and outs of football. You are very witty and very funny and I'm sure you've been told that throughout your life.

Now fuck off out of my thread if you don't want to stick to the subject matter and your only intention is to antagonise me. Mod? You should be ashamed of yourself.

PS I think Robinho is absolute class. He just doesn't have the temperament or fight for the premier league.

Do you not agree that he has a similar playing style to Richards? Uncomfortable in possestion but likes the odd burst down the wing.
