NDJ for me,with Vince a close second.

I just get the impression DJ has a touch more maturity and balanced outlook than Vince,and maybe just carries a tad more respect in the dressing room.I love Vinnie,my favourite player,however a part of his strength may occasionally be a weakness,as he can show glimpses of boiling over(small on field spats) with his determination and passion to be the best,definitely not a criticism,just an observation.

I'm glad we have the choice of such quality options,and i don't just mean those two.
