It's cup time, and so it's Vieira time! Is everyone else injured?

Tonight could be all about Silva and Balotelli. If Silva wants to push on and make the goal a port of call we could be in for a good night, and if Mario fancies it we could be irresistible. If, if, if... Not seeing much excitement elsewhere, though.

This is a golden opportunity. I don't understand the line up at all. The Wigan game is more important? Not in my opinion.

I'd take 4th over FA cup any day of the week:-) More important for us to get into the CL than win one trophy IMO, rather have many down the line than one quick one now.

This team would be better *against* Wigan, surely? Well, whatever happens, millions will see the outcome.

Lescott starting instead of Kolo apparently...

*edit*

Fortunately for us it seems that Houllier is prefering the Premiership to the Cup aswell... 8 changes since last game with Young on the bench.

Sorry I mistyped. I meant Zabaleta at left back and yes Kolarov will be left midfield. As I said the key thing is that Balotelli gets lots of support.

yeah, almost as disgusting as your attitude.

I have no problems with this line up.

8 defensive players? at HOME to a very average team? disgraceful

I can confirm we would definitely be in the semis against someone.

Bolton was a favourite choice a week ago.

Top 4 is far more important to the club than any cup this season.

right, so is this the place for the foreigners, unemployed and can't-be-arsed's?

lineup looks like bobby manc thinks we'll hopefully keep out the might of heskey and delfonso and hopefully nick a goal on the break. smashing :)
