In his press conference I think it's just struck Mancini that Yaya and Barry are too slow to contain the midfield on their own. Praise Jebus!

2215: Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini: "I made a mistake, it was my fault. I'm very sorry for the fans." The Italian refuses to elaborate why. Intriguing.

Mr Mancini.

If we make the qualifying spot for the EUFA champions league it will be despite you, not because of you.
If we win the FA Cup ......... same goes.

You are a nice man .......... so please be nice, and go - NOW.

If I could sack him tonight I would yes.

It might even be liberating for some of the players.

to be honest Beefy the whole fucking team played shite tonight..you can't just blame Mario

Mancini fucked up royally on the team selection

No mate, it was Mario's interest levels that got me. Truely, I don't like the bloke but will support any player out there. Tonight was the worse for me, regardless of his 'Childlike Behaviour' previous.

Did he REALLY say that???

He did. I suppose he couldn't say otherwise after our last match. He's seriously worrying about the semi now, especially being without Carlos.

Coincidentally Bobby's last trip to Anfield was the first of a two-leg defeat that led him to lose his bottle and offer his resignation at Inter.

Wonder if he'll ever be back. With Juve in the Europa next year possibly?

I keep getting distracted by the fact we have been in the top 4 all season and will be playing in our first FA Cup semi-final for 30 years this weekend.

Someone who will give the players the freedom to express themselves; the freedom to dare to win.

Frank Reikjard for me - but there must be others if not. (not Mourinho though ideally).

I will be forking out somewhere in the region of £150 to go to the match on Saturday.

See if you can guess if I think we have a chance or not.
