It's great that it's so difficult to decide, Hart, Tevez, Nige, Silva all in with a shout but Kompany has been consistently superb. I can only remember him having one bad game all season. Good times!

There's only one player who has had a crucial effect on our season. He won't get the credit because of his circumstances but no matter how good the others have been, there's always a chance we still could have shuffled the team & functioned without them & finished in a similar position. Without his contribution, we would now be be below Everton. If he'd played at West Ham, they'd still be up. If he'd played at Chelsea they'd be Champions & in the Chump's Lg final, if he'd played for Utd he would have got the official recognition for what he is; the best player in the fucking Premier League. Paul Parker my fucking arse.

Our best player, the country's best player & real Premier League POTY: Carlos Tevez.

According to a lot of neutrals on general football forums I am on, Yaya Toure is not only City's best player, but one of the league's signings of the season.

Slim is right. I read few general football forums and there's tons of love for YaYa. Maybe little bit too much actually. I've liked Yaya all season but he has had some fitness problems.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

He's looking much fitter now & that gives hope that, with a proper pre season, he may be able to play more games in his 'up & down' Barca position, freeing up space for another forward.

But TBH, Vinnie would be a very worthy winner, as would Tevez.

Just to make this perfectly clear, I love Zabba in very very gay way. Like proper homo.

I recognise all the support for Vinnie and Nige - not only have they been magnificent but you can be confident in them going forward. That said I have gone for Carlos - because of his goals and because also (shamelessly) as he makes his decision on his future I think he needs to feel some love from the fans

I am still undecided on this which is a great relection on the season nearly over. The chairman had it right in his interview in the names he mentioned.Right down the spine of the team with keeper, centre back.two central midfield players attacking and defending plus a world class striker. And some others havent been shabby either.

I thought it was interesting trhat Khaldoon mentioned Silva first .

I wanted to go for Silva just for the sheer pleasure of watching him, the true exorcist of the ghost of the great Kinkladze myth*

Tevez has been awesome but for the couple of months post-Xmas.....if he'd scored a couple then he'd be running away with the golden boot, still think he'll win it though.

Joe and Nigel....both fantastic and have both been integral parts of our fantastic season.

However, for me there is one man who is the linchpin of what we have achieved, step forward Vincent Kompany. IMO the best centre half in the PL and the bedrock of everything we have achieved this season. He has been in epic form and I can honestly see him getting even better. I salute you Vince The Prince

*nb. I loved Georgie as much as anyone but he was the diamond amidst a lump of steaming turd.....and went missing way way way too often. Great memories sure and joyful at the time but watching David Silva in a sky blue shirt puts Kinkladze's cameos in their proper context.

We always wondered "what if" re Ali Bernarbia in terms of seeing him at City in his prime. Well, ladies and gentleman....here's something even better...

Zabba always shows what a true Blue Mancunian player has to do with a ball in his feet. Don't matter if we have more qualified champions than him! Zabba is an example for younger fans. And that's enough for me!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!
