It will also be highly embarrassing. One successful Cup run and we now cant even sell out a 27k allocation, which is a bit piss poor. I could understand it maybe 2 or 3 years down the line if success continues, but not at present when we havent featured in a Charity Shield for nearly 40 years.

Absolutely agree with this. Even this time 12 months ago we'd have ALL wanked at the chance to go to Wembley, not only for a Community Shield game thus indicating we'd won either the League or FA Cup, but a game against the Rags. It's an utter disgrace if we don't sell out.

When we make the Seventh change in the second half and the game aint above walking pace, then you'll realise it wasn't worth it. (unless we're winning)

The season before I did 14 away games, last season I managed three all year. I really can't raise the enthusiasm for travelling to London for a kickabout...even though it is the rags we're playing. Two years ago it was up to Glasgow and staying over for a meaningless fixture and I loved it.
I am excited about our chances for the season but fort the first time in my life, I could imagine not going every week. Strange innit?

Where are you thinking Alex? I'll be there and up for a beer, not many mind as it's a school night!
