Villarreal's Juan Carlos Garrido intends to field under-strength side against Napoli
The coach has confirmed that he will rest a number of key players against the Serie A outfit but insists his side will be determined to end their difficult campaign on a high.

They wont get anything against Napoli with that kind of team.

Hey Carl, I read that too yesterday and then other news about the game conflicting this, where their captain said they are playing for pride and there was a reference to them being offered money ( De Laurentis is supposed to have said this). It's all on the newsnow.co.uk City page. I think it's all gamesmanship. Let's just hope that a draw happens.

There are no guarantees ....

Man, that sucks:(

Let's hope the youngsters that come on in their place are really hungry... and that Napoli have a really bad day at the office plus are really unlucky.

That was bullshit mate. It had the 'Weakened Team' as a header but when you actually read the story it was totally different with the manager saying he was sending his fittest and best side out there to compete for 90 mins. That's all we can ask in my book.

I wonder if we've offered them Ade for next season?

Let's offer to give them Tevez if they win tonight.

Very, very strong attacking wise. The obvious question will be how Savic holds up. Obviously Bob thinks he's already ready for the big time.

But our top 4 of Dzeko, Silva, Nasri, and Aguero - fuck me thats impressive, like a fantasy team

Will someone merge these threads, I can't do 2 things at once!

Anyway, let's just hope that the late goal in Naples doesn't come back to haunt us.
