Absolutely want him to stay, he is as good a striker as I've ever seen at City. Kun will be, but Tevez has been and can be again, he has it all.

However, if someone came in with 30 million (not going to happen), he can go as long as we replace him with RVP, who would be the only upgrade we could get on Tevez, in my opinion. Only a slight upgrade too.

But, Tevez creates a little room for others, as pervious posts have said. That is invaluable.

Mercurial talent with a football,
Mercenary with a football agent,
Majestic performances gave us a boost towards the end,
Masterninded Bartons sending off,
Makes my fuclin blood boil with his stupid fuclin tantrum.....

Pah, ask me in 6 weeks. Still too happy to think objectively.

Erm, are you sure money is what we're short of and need right now? Not one of the top 4-5 strikers in the world, who at 28 is arguably at his at his peak?

We'd have to spend considerably more than we got to replace him. And who on earth could you replace him with?

He needs to realise two things if he wants to stay beyond the summer - first that we're going into this with our eyes open this time and we know it's more than likely a marriage of convenience, and second that the team is being built around Aguero so he has to play his part in it with that in mind. (He'll always be 'The Other Argie' to me though).

I voted maybe.
I repeat my thoughts on the issue are mixed.
technically wise it's a no brainer. but I was probably the first to mature an "outer" frame of mind, well before the Munich incident. Just because, as Kia's tool, Herman did cause so much trouble to the growth of the Club.
So, once again, if the Club - as it seems - have found a way/weapon to freeze the Irani gangster, it might be worth - technical wise - to retain it. But given the characters on stage there will always be a huge IF on the shadow...

all in all, as usual, the most logical assessment comes from Japan:

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!

In summary. The less time he has on his contract, the less important any future tantrums become. We're not going to sign a better player for comparable money (if at all), so I'd be thrilled if he ran down his contract here.

Tevez is a cunt. He is a toy in the hands of Kia and i will not trust him no mather what. He had the world at his feet, everyone loved him and he was an idol, but that wasen't enough for him. Silly cunt.

However, Tevez is class. After Tranny and Messi, he is the player out there, he and Shrek. Best striker in the world. It doesn't mather if he has/had a conflict with someone, when you put him on the pitch, he will give 200 %. Fight for every ball, run like a bulldog and so on. The fucker is absolutely massive.

So i don't want him to go, but i don't want him to stay.

Kia has been very very quiet since the last incident. Are we sure he's still part of Tevez life ?

Just a thought.

I think he still is. Kia was the reason we transfered to Corinthians, WHU, etc. Tevez might consider he owns him a lot.

If you ask me, the change of heart that Tevez had, was because of Kia, who understood that there isn't a club at this moment, in the world, who will pay more to Tevez than us. Juventus, Milan, you name it.

Imo the only other striker comparable in style of play and commitment is the racist at dippers.

And even then, he is a step down. Tevez wasn't bought for his goal scoring record... That just became a bonus when he joined city.

I will trust Mancini as well and that's why I voted "maybe". Otherwise I fully agree with that.

Guy played what, six games last season and fucked us in the arse big time. People say he saved our season (he had couple of really dodgy games actually, including QPR) but we may not have been in that situation had he been part of the team all season as originally planned when season kicked off.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I'd love the little shit to stay at City until 2014 and score loads more goals. He's a scar neck wanker, but I still love him.

If you look at the QPR game again in a situation of calmness, he was actually pretty unlucky not to score or create a goal. On another day he may have won us that one.

One thing to consider here is the fact that replacing Tevez will put a lot of money on the books re FFP, as his value will be down but a club will spank our arse for a replacemant of the same standard, wheras keeping him costs nothing in that regard and frees up the funds for other positions.

He made little contribution????? He completely changed the dynamics and creativity of our team with him on the pitch. Let us not forget the hat trick. To say he had little contribution since he came back to me my man, would be like the people who think Yaya doesnt bring much to the team because he doesnt net 30 a season.
I think he proved his ability and will be our starter with Sergio, with some combination of Dzeko or Balo.

Ok, maybe I was wrong to say little contribution, fair do's he got a hat trick in a game that we would have won with or without him then failed to score for 4 games and played absolutely wank in our final and most important game of the season.

People, DO remember that he is going to fuck us up the wrong one again sooner or later. It's not case of if but when.

Yeah but he's bloody addictive.

Anyone belittling his comeback now needs shooting. The pass for Nasri v Chelsea, his hat trick at Norwich and most importantly of all the energy he breathed into silva and Aguero for the run in was priceless.

YES for me, like Blue-2 said football is a fickle thing.

I was livid as the next blue over the shit he did, trsut me. But had the season not ended with us winning the league i would pesrsonally would have tracked him down.........

But we won it, only on goal difference, i cant help but think how many of the games we screwed up would have been different if he had been playing? Maybe setting a new record in winning it to boot.

RVP is great player but STILL injury prone and i can't think of anyone else we could buy to replace that won't cost the earth.

Stability in the strike force will be key if we are to challengeor dare I say it retain the title this coming season. Sergio and Mario showed what they can do with that title winning goal, i reckon that partnership will grow next season.

Nasri certainly appeared to play better with Tevez?

In fact the more i think about it, next season with the Merlin back on form, Yaya, tevez, Sergio & Mario, i am already really, really looking forward to August and the new season.

Stability has never harmed other teams who have done back to back league wins.

Yes from me, The lads a top striker who made the last bit of are season, the players and coaching staff were happy to have him back, so should we, yes he as been a prick but he is a blue so lets get behind tevez, when he leaves which will probably be to boca in a few years then we will realise what impact he had on the team
