that's not a pep influence at all. you clearly don't understand how the germans work . that deal has. 'made in Gernany' stamped all over it

Do you mean the word 'efficient'?
Yes I'm clued up on that one thanks.
My point is that there is no way Pep has gone to a club with all the choices he had and not have complete control of who comes in to the team.
He must have identified him earlier as a player he likes and told the board go and get him.

Er, the 'Hoeness' "thing" , is something , it isn't a couple of mill , it's at least 12 Mill, in one account. Don't believe me ? NZZ front page today.

There will be a watershed this summer in Germany about tax evasion.

if it moves, in england we observe it, in China they eat it , in Germany they tax it

not so sure about this at all.

BVB were the ones who announced it on their facebook page. they also said that Bayern were quiet....they were waiting for this week's matches to be over. looks like it was a major fuck up on BVB's admins part.

They only announced it after it leaked to the media. It was all over the internet yesterday & print this morning. Allegedly the German players in Madrid have leaked the info to rattle Dortmund before the game tomorrow.

You are also wrong about the release clause. It is called RELEASE (or BUY OUT) clause for a reason, instead of TALK clause. Any club who stumps up the cash may negotiate a deal with the player & if the player accepts the terms, the buying club may pay the amount established in the contract to BUY the player OUT of his contract.

yeah, but theyll never do that. especially not now or they will have zero midfield.

No choice. Munich have offered the buy-out clause, and they player wants to go to them.

i thought the buy-out clause for a player still under contract just meant that if it was met then that club could talk to the player.
not that the parent club had to sell....

and wow. Modric, Pastore, Lucas Moura, and Javi Martinez all cost more than Gotze...what a joke.

As I understand it, it's a 'release clause' in the player's contract, which means, I take it, that if you come up with the cash the club has to release the player.

what ? efficient? i do not mean that at all clued up on efficiency ? why ?

Pep will never have complete control in Bayern , he picks the team that's it , Beckenbauer et al , decide who they buy .

Pep is just a front for Bayern, they'll. dump him in a minute if things don't go their way.

I really can't see where the challenge is there for Guardiola. They may well win 3 trophies this season. What's he going to bring to them, or get out of it?

It's a no-brainer for PG, just a means to an ends. Too easy.

It'd be funny to see Bayern lose a few, just to see how he reacts. The team is too good though.

Bayern are dominant in the German league already. Adding Gotze, and others, will just enhance their power. So much for the competitveness of the league. It's going to be worse than Scotland.

As I understand it Bayern have a £150 million-a-year deal with Addidas to keep them warm at night. So much for the German League's philosophy of 'fairness' and a level playing field.

Gotze will do for Bayern what RVP has done for the rags and what Falcao and Bale will do for whichever new teams they're playing for next season. Which is why City need one big quality signing, not several Sinclairs.

he wants to play for bayern just like all krauts do. in all likelihood, he would not have come here unless we paid him a fucking fortune, and even then, he soon would have wanted to return to the motherland.

There are 82 Million Germans, there are far more that hate Bayern than love them.

He will be getting paid a fortune in Mūnchen.

Ruthless ? nah 'Geschmacklos'

edit :

Mourinho says before tonights match

"They have to feel frustration to lose Mario Gotze to their rivals. They build players and their rival, because he is powerful economically, arrives and buys them. It's the easiest way to win the title - to destroy your opponents."

Buy them .... aha , that's what United and Bayern
have been doing all these years ! I'd never have guessed
