His layoff was longer than a typical summer though, but he's young and full of 'bouncebackability'. Selfishly I want to see him eased into the first team but sensibly I would predict several more EDS appearances to gauge his stamina and produce more data for our backroom boys, then a short loan spell (hopefully in the Prem). Having said that, what do I know?

Same as me. It's hard to know as we don't know how debilitating the illness was or where he is at re stamina and general fitness.I just listened to Guidetti's post match interview and today was planned for 45 and it will be built up over the next weeks so that he would hope to be doing 90 I would guess by the end of the month. If that's the case he might, just might be a possible for a bench spot in late feb if he isn't on loan. I just wouldn't want to count any chickens.

How did Boyata get on, Doug?
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

A bit mixed I thought. Some good clearances and positioning but nothing that I saw on this one performance said he is first team material.I would guess though he needs playing time to get anything like match fit.

Nice one, Doug. Thanks. With suspension pending and Kolo away, he might be needed.

He could start against Fulham? No other RCB possibilities?

Lescott and Nastasic can play together I am sure, but if one of them gets injured, he and Rekik are our cover.

Agreed and that will be more than enough, imo, but I also think that, should we stretched to the extreme, Garcia could cover the CB role.

2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

In Roger Ailes/Donnie Drumpf's words: "don't know it for a fact, but many people say so..."
there must be some truth, then!
