Have you ever bought a yoghurt which was due to go off on your birthday?

I haven't, as far as I can remember.

Badgers are impressive animals. If it was possible to domesticate them, I'd have one as a pet momentarily.

Hahaha, class.

The gritters still haven't been down our street. The council honestly told me it was because my cobbles are too slippery.

Speaking of food dates, there are three types of date used for food, "best before" and "display until" which are advisory, and "use by" which is an absolute and legally binding date.

They seem pretty awesome man, although I really have to emphasize that I'll wait until it's possible to domesticate them before I get one.

To return the favour, I would like to introduce you to the up to 2 metre long race of Giant Otters (plus some people from the BBC).

"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Sounds kinky! I've used whipped cream on the missus a few times, but she would never let me wrap her in bacon.

But how bad was the other half?
Was it a sell by date, a use by date or a display til date?
