Paul Lambert will be adorned with the lucrative position of Lord Lt to Taggarts kingdom after this. We know Villa aren't all that great but fuck me, that's embarrassing.

A little tip for those getting upset. Don't watch it. Don't buy a paper tomorrow and don't listen to sports radio and it will pass rather easier.

The league was lost at Xmas, not tonight.

Can't wait. Surely there will be a national day of celebration to mark the return to natural order, we may even get an extra bank holiday.

I feel sick.

I think it's already started listening to 5Live and reading the Beeb.

The saving grace is that it obviously REALLY FUCKING HURT THEM TO THEIR VERY DEAD SOULS last season when we did what we did.

Its so nice to know they really really want the world to know they've won it again. They are fucking shit scared of us and know we are better than them. Next season with some additions we will fuck them up again.

Fucking Villa I hope they go down, heartless bastards tonight, roll over and try to get Fergie to praise you for "playing football" BULLSHIT!! Fucking roll over and have your little fluffy tummy tickled. Wankers.

City rejects team.

Don't then!

I've got to mate, Benteke's in my FFT.

Oh, and Villa are now 4 goals down on GD compared to Wigan, who have a game in hand. Win that and Villa could find themselves in the bottom 3.

Other than reading on here, I know nothing of the game. I can only imagine the pleasure it's giving though!

And that's why I listen mate and when you compare and contrast yo our games it's quite obvious that we have a huge mountain to climb when it comes to the media.

I was out one night last year and got chatting to a sports journalist. Never met him before or since, and have no idea of his name now, but I was completely taken back by the bitterness. His main point was that we were trying to buy the league and it would be a travesty if we won. He actually said he'd rather anybody won but us. Wouldn't have it that the prem has always been about money, etc.

I know this is one guy, but coupled with the shit on motd and Sunday supplement (record and fast forward the pundits on motd these days and gave up in Sunday supplement last season) we definitely do have a mountain to climb.

Talking of which, if you really want to punish yourself, watch Sunday Supplement this coming weekend........! Can you imagine?

I wait for JC to post it on here. Less expensive and quicker to rant when it's finished.

Fuck the media.

They will suck our ass's once we stay at the top of the league.

They will learn to love us if we play good attractive fair football and regularly win things. At that point, I will remember the last few seasons and repeat, fuck the media. They are 90% of what is wrong with this country.

It doesn't matter how we win, youth production or buying all the good players, what matters is we play good football and win.

Again, fuck the media.

I can't remember who actually had the quote, I think it was Mark Blue Army before we won the league -

"The people who say money doesn't buy success are going to be the same people who say we bought it when we win something"

Take it on the chin lads, it felt a hell of a lot worse for them last season. Remain the bigger men by taking a little bit of shit, congratulating them, then tell they we will be back next season and they know deep down we are better than them.
