I agree with you though that there are greater priority's to strengthen but added dynamism in the middle certainly would make quite a difference to us.

It was on a few of the moron websites earlier in the year, I am positive there is no weight behind it as the only sources I remember seem to be the websites that appear to be run by 14 year old boys and read by 14 year old boys.
