Top clubs now have to pimp themselves out and create regional sponsorships all over the world. This has to be done because of clubs like yours who begged Platini to bring in FFP. Chelsea thought FFP was going to be the golden ticket where Roman could ease up on the spending and stay at the top table. The fact is we have gone into overdrive in getting sponsorship deals from all over the world. It Is not just 1 or 2 inflated deals, it is a number of deals, in many different parts of the world.

You're right though, Chelsea could/should have more revenue than us but they simply haven't been working hard enough. You are now over 10 years into Roman's era and nothing much has changed, there seems to be no sustainability to your plans.

Roman has never concentrated on the commercial side, however, this is where our business model has stolen the march on you.

It's not just stolen a march on Chelsea, it has exposed as charlatans pretty much the whole 'sky four' clubs for the shoddy approach to business they have - they only seem to equate commercial income to shirt sales and they are just starting to realise they have been operating at 70 percent efficiency for a decade or so.
