I like how he mentioned the city of Barcelona being an attraction as well. If I was a footballer at a high standard and had options to choose from then I’d definitely head to PSG, Roma, Milan, Barca purely because of the life my family would have in those cities. I think that is why Barca will still be able to attract players even though they’re in the shit, like Pep says, because of the history and the city itself.

I like how he mentioned the city of Barcelona being an attraction as well. If I was a footballer at a high standard and had options to choose from then I’d definitely head to PSG, Roma, Milan, Barca purely because of the life my family would have in those cities. I think that is why Barca will still be able to attract players even though they’re in the shit, like Pep says, because of the history and the city itself.

Like most people in life , once you have made your fortune then picking a new life in a new country is never about the money , it’s about loving where you live and enjoying the lifestyle that goes with that country and if you have a family then those points are fundamental .

I’ve lived in some places that I really didn’t like , but I loved the financial benefits so I stayed .
Now I get to choose where I go and live and ,I’m sorry but ,some rainy fucking country /City like Manchester (any city in England to be fair )would make me miserable , no matter how good everything else is !

Most Footballers , once they have made their millions , would choose Barcelona / Madrid , to name but 2 beautiful cities over rainy Manchester ,,,, 100% they would .
