I don't think anyone here would want him, like really want him out. I am angry with him 90% of the time, but wouldn't want him out, never ever.

But, let's stop with "pointless thread" thing. We are quite missing some interaction here, and I think this thread or others that spark a debate, a decent one, not ones that are piss-poor, are welcomed.
I was looking at the one after the incident in the weekend and a few old school posters, which are missed, came back. That's good for our community.

If its pointless why post on it?
I think what is pointless is having a forum where debate is stifled unless the debate follows a narrative that is acceptable to a certain percentage of posters.
It is very unhealthy to stifle/prevent posters from having a opinion that doesn't follow a certain line. Pep fucked up in the semi selecting a goalkeeper who had gifted Chelsea the previous semi, had a nightmare against Saints and is clearly not up to elite standard, these are unequivocally the facts of the matter. To disagree is one thing, to disparage/prevent people from voicing it is quite another.

Surely thinking a thread is pointless is also an opinion? And therefore equally valid?

Well, if you read the post again, you will see a ? at the end of “ If it’s pointless why post on it” That means I am asking the question whether it is pointless or not, therefore I am not stating thread is pointless.
