Kevin making it clear he’s played in discomfort for some time. We don’t realise how often players do this to help the team. Might take three months for him to recover. Thanks Kev.

Bad enough everyone else banging on about 3rd tier but sooooooooo many City fans bring it up. Perpetuates the myth that we were always in that level and never had the successful eras we did in the past.

Don't do it chaps

Just watched the game full 90 plus again. Its nice to watch it back in a more relaxed less nervous mode.
The game panned out exactly as i thought it would. A tough slog.

The Inter midfield worked their arses off, it was impressive how hard they worked.

Stones, Dias, Rodri were immense. Ederson had a superb second half. We have a lot to thank him for.

It doesn't often get mentioned but Haalands defensive headers from corners are also very important.

Suprised when Foden came on and didn't swap with Bernie, maybe were moving towards rhe point where Pep now sees him as a central midfielder.

Brilliant day all round.
A lovely treble.

Since it ended I really have this feeling that I don't care if we are going to win it ever again. Just wanted this out of the way.
I want the league more than ever, win it until we become country's top dogs.

I’m absolutely exhausted after these last 5-6 years, I can only imagine how tired the players are, mentally and physically.

I’m at a point now where if we never win anything every again I’m good with that. I never thought I’d see us win anything other than division 2 play offs and division one title.

I’m just happy we’ve got to see it.

Spare a thought for Sterling, Jesus and Zinchenko who chose to leave after City told them they’re happy for them to stay.

Not sure about that Mase. That may be the official version, but as they are three of the most frustrating players who ever lived, I fancy they had the tap on the shoulder

Zinch 100% chose. He was given the option to stay by the club. Jesus was offered a new deal and chose to leave.

Sterling, you’re probably right.
