Halland scored a great header recently from a simple cross by Nunes. But time and time wide players just recycle sideways and backwards, so boring.

Can't be arsed what we sign, we'll finish top 4 but we ain't winning a major trophy. The system is flawed so cant get excited to whatever we add.

Officially signed. £62.5M with a further £1.5M in add ons and a future 10% sell on clause

Obvious we need to see what he can do on the pitch but I’m underwhelmed by this as it stands. Hope I’m incorrect, and to be fair it’s quite likely given my success with score predictions

should certainly be a massive upgrade on current options, but as was mentioned already, the ghost of Bony makes me nervous about transfers like this

At least he can finish, when our current wingers can barely shoot

Excited about this signing I believe he'll be a great player for us and will fit in well.

English too which is a bonus.

Third top scorer in the league with 10 goals. He got 11 in the league last season so hopefully he smashes that this season.

Oh my god I hope you are wrong mate
And Mase I’m with you Mahrez all day long

He will be no different than any other winger / player we have. He will get moaned at for passing it back because there is rarely a way through eleven players in the box.
Against City,
Teams pack their penalty area with 11 players. If anyone thinks he is going to break through that situation , well quite frankly they are dreaming.

If we are to change to play counter attacking football as almost paid off at the Arse, then he will thrive. He is fast , strong and can cross the ball much better than Savio or Doku.

I agree with you Zurich. Most teams defend deep and counter punch against us. Our high line and a poor defensive line up means we huff and puff and the little piggies run out and pull our pants down. If Pep doesnt change our style at least give Haaland a tall partner up front to give us a chance on crosses. I'd also ditch a few of the rollo drills and spend time on shooting and crossing

There was loads of space on the right wing against brighton but bernardo was running in slow motion so we could never take advantage of it. The days of teams playing 11 behind the ball are over in the short term cos they can get at us now and dont need to do it. Having a threat on both sides now should in theory give us loads. Will be loads of goals there for semenyo but im not 100percent sure hes the right man for the job
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did he have a €65million release clause? We’ve paid £64 million = €74million

signed 2 games too late
presume he'll make his debut tomorrow v exeter as he can't play against newcastle in midweek and it would be good for him to get some game time before we play the rags a week on saturday

Rumours that he can play in the cup as there's no cup ties now. Anyone confirm?

Yep, rule change this season. A player can play for 2 clubs in it. He can definitely play.

Quite a few fans worried Pep will “coach out of him the individual talent” any credibility to that ?
