We were pretty much 4-2-4 for periods of that game, but an effective 4-2-4 has wingers who put crosses in, not people turnig into trouble inside.
That's exactly my point they all got sucked in; by doing so gave up the space that allows more dynamic attacks on the run. It changes to trying to pin a tail on a donkey in a crowd of donkeys.
