Welcome mate and never wish us to lose a game. If the scum beat us then fair play and we have to deal with it. But imagine the opposite. Always dream the dream. If there is hope dont give in.

Never gave up tbf. Just couldn't bear the thought of them winning it at our ground. Game back on! Come on city! (ps think it was the Japanese)

hi all , been reading the forum threads for a while now so thought i would say hello.
lived in lowestoft suffolk all my life and been a city fan all my life ! the only reason i can think of ,is that when i was 6or 7 years old city were winning a lot in 68/69 .so i jumped on the bandwagon of the time . now coming up to 49 years young .

went to norwich v city today . managed to bribe the plumber on site for his season ticket :) ( could'nt get a ticket with city fans as i usually do ) found out it was in the norwich singing section (the barclay ) was funny getting the bird from my fellow city fans . the man city fans were in fine form and to be fair to norwich fans , when the city fans sung u lucky bastards it should be 7 the norwich fans were all laughing and i dint see many of them leave either . top performance by city and a great day out for me even though i was surrounded by budgie fans .

Gillie, am i in that pic in your sig? I know I was there for that game (I recognize LAHAD's 'Allo 'Allo! outfit), but I might have left Townley before the pic was taken. The resolution is too low for me to make out the people in the back row.

Hi there ,
been blue ever since my dad took me to my first game a derby match . I think around 1958 we lost at maine road 2-4 it was raining cats and dogs. I remember being in the old Platt lane stand but people were standing then and did,nt see much to be honest. I was only 8 then . Next time I was with older mates who took me with them till about when I was 15.The year we were promoted back to the then old first division I was a regular. Now live in Cork Ireland ...yeah its full of reds. Get over now and then but saw them on and off till 1989. Hope we win Monday and hope Dougie gets his pass back soon .... love his reports

Hey all, I live in north Yorkshire and have been a city fan by family since 7 . My dad believed in me making my own choices and so I chosen city as my family do ... I am 17 years old and studying a levels ... I have only seen 3 games at the stadium . Stoke twice and a Greek team (never will remember their name) however I do watch city most of the time at home. The cost of travel and tickets would be to expensive for us. I am the first of my family not born in the blue half of Manchester.
