Am I not the only one thinking this has all the hallmarks of the Hazard saga last summer?

Too right - very much like the hazard saga but I have more confidence that this one will go our way because of the way our amigo's have been in very early discussions and by the way that the fit with MP looks so good.

If Real Madrid can brainwash him into believing he will start games in their team, then he will sign for them.

If they can't, we'll get him.

I think he's already agreed to come to us. I think the only reason why he hasn't stated this is because Malaga aren't getting the money they want.

Once they agree the fee with city, he'll announce it imo.

I think it will be sorted by Friday next week. I can imagine Malaga are holding out as long as possible for the best possible price and are probably fucking about.

Soon Isco will want it all sorted, especially after coming out and saying it will all be resolved in 7 days. He won't want to look silly for saying that.

Just thought i'd post his message for those who don't use twitter;

If those I trust have got it right, #Isco is v likely to be in Manchester this weekend for a medical and, in theory, to sign for #City
#Coup

EDIT:

Also being rumoured the deal is going to be around 21 million pounds, a bargain for sure.

' Isco hinted his future could be determined in the next 48 hours when he said: "I prefer not to comment about my future but the matter could be closed this Sunday." '

Fits nicely.

The odds have now disappeared off of oddschecker. Suggests no-one's taking bets on it anymore.

Signs are certainly looking positive at the moment - will be fantastic signing if we can pull it off.

As others have said, we need to make it happen quickly. The longer it drags on, the more likely he'll end up in Madrid.

Do we worry about this regular game business or is it just pre transfer posturing? I don't want a player being either undroppable or whinging when he isn't playing week in week out?

How will he sign for Madrid today when he is still in Ibiza? :)
