He is not a bad manager, had a role in the rise of Leipzig, but he is an odd ball from what I've seen.

If he is as good as the media are telling us then why appoint him as interim manager? Why not make him the permanent manager now?

The High Press has been around for decades, always been around it is certainly not an invention and certainly not a German idea or tactic. If anything it is an English tactic. It works more these days because of the higher fitness levels of the players.
