Think Busby "went upstairs" after the 68/9 season and they were relegated after 73/4 season?

The parallels do seem to be very similar if you substitute whiskey nose for Busby.

I don't think the Glazers will sack LVG mid season, it would cost them too much money. As we know, they don't really give a shit about the football as long as the money comes in. He will bore them to fourth spot with a little help rom the officials. That will be enough for the Glazers.
