Just saw that someone put this on twatter, sums up why he shouldn't ever play for us again.

Carlos Tevez refuses to play to spite his manager. Billy Sharp (Doncaster) plays despite the death of his 2-day old son.

Tevez has no idea how fucking lucky he is does he, Billy sharp played and scored in a game hours after the death of his child for a tiny fraction of what Carlos's wages are.

That's professionalism, that's heart, that's a man who deserves the shirt.

If the manager thinks the player isnt mentally right.. he doesnt have t o play him.. Carlos didnt have a real pre-season so cant we argue since he hasnt played many games then he is not match fit?

I dont get how we can be forced to play him in 10% of games.. is that rule the same for players such as Wayne Bridge?

I did ask a similar question about 3 or 4 pages back on this thread... I.e. if it is only league games then he has hit is limit already, but if all comps then by my maths he needs to play a couple more? No one answered, so I assume no one is sure? Either way, I suspect a suitable club will come in January, I doubt we will fetch £40M for him, but BobbyManc's wording "no player from City will be given away" I suspect that if anyone comes in at £25+M, he will go?

I thought Wayne's contract was a rolling, pay as you play which would probably not be covered by the same rulings as a "fixed five year contract" a bit like being a temp or these new contracts where people in any job used to have stability but have had to re apply for the job they have done for years?

The fact that Mancini has offered him an olive branch means that T***z won't have a leg to stand on in court if he tries terminating his contract with this law, as Mancini has offered him a way in it is now T***z that is freezing himself out with a stubborn refusal to apologise. He seems quite fond of refusals.

As for Wayne Bogarde, sorry did I say Bogarde, I meant Bridge, he's on a regular £90k a week contract.

I would not play him, He might do a Van der kerkof and score in his own net as his parting shot

Definitely not all.
If he plays the whole compo thing goes out the window.
As for winning, I would say Mancini is the biggest winner here whatever the outcome at this stage. He has stamped his authority, won almost universal acclaim for his hard line stance and has his squad performing without that complacency that has hampered us in the past ever since that night in Munich. He has also received the full backing of Sheikh Mansour, if reports are to be believed, which in turn gives him that stronger footing within the club that he craved during the summer.

I reckon we'll still manage to pull in £30 million for him in January, there is a number of wealthy clubs reportedly expressing an interest or at least weighing up the option, PSG, Anzhi, Real and Inter. I wouldn't be surprised to see Malaga throw their hat in the ring also, so we should be able to get a nice little bidding war going.

The City of Manchester should sue the turd for his statements about the City and the misleading information about only being two places to eat. The man must have the worst advisors.

I tried to do that joke in the who should we replace him with thread. No takers. Pearls before swine
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.

Well, it is Tee-Time.

That can't be right though, I heard he's depressed. You can't be enjoying yourself when you're depressed; surely?
