I'll stand by my very firm belief that Mahrez is powder puff and Mendy a busted flush but how I could be so wrong about others baffles me. We all get blindspots, sure, but I called so much of the side so wrongly around November time and thought we had best look elsewhere for a manager. We looked trash and then out of the blue go on this absurd run...the manager has done a remarkable job in turning around the team. I know nothing, evidently. Fine, just fine. Just keep going City, it's sensational.

Don't think you're alone. No preseason caused us a lot of pain, Pep losing his Ma was a blow to him that had a knock on effect to the team. We look to have finally got it right with Dias and that has helped with the overall system in being able to play Gundo further up where he is best suited.
Cannot defend either Mahrez or Mendy and if you are Mendy seeing Zinch playing left back should make you want to sort your shit out - but proves that you don't have the mental strength and / or that you really don't give a fuck.

To be honest, it's quite simple.
Our fantastic run started when Pep go his shit together, signed an extension and sent a message to everyone; "I am staying".
He still has his fixations with some players, no doubt, but I think there are other stuff involved, stuff we can't see or understand.
From Mendy we can all agree he is a shower of shit that will bring zero to the table, however, Mahrez is a tricky pony. A lazy cunt, primadonna, but can decide a game.
Football is weird.

I have to say I’m struggling to think when Mahrez actually changed a game, he’s scored goals for us and some nice ones too, frankly I could score goals if I played in this team. We just seem to be better when he’s not playing.

The team looks so settled now, a joy to watch.
I had question marks over Pep as we all did, we were shit for the guts of a year. But fair do’s to him, he has turned it around in dramatic fashion. Long live Pep.
We will continue to dominate PL for years to come. Thanks in no small part to our owners culture of stability and holism (if that’s even a word).
