Ud wonder why we didn’t buy him then if we have been tracking him, certainly could have done with him and ud assume The lads know all about the players coming through la masia. Same with marmoush was on a free last year, we could end up easily paying over 100-120m ok two players we could have got for 8m euro 16 months ago.

Not sure whether a loan from abroad counts towards the total? Asensio comes from France. At any rate Villa still seem to be in for Felix despite loaning ( subject to medical) Gashford and Asensio.

Daniel van Buyten - and he was class, especially when you compare him to what we had at the time. Pity we couldn't keep him.
