I have a minor gripe with ant from london - I quite like the fella's main line of humour, general vigour and pizzaz but can't abide his 'on the buses' style racist banter, repeated and miserable misuse of the word 'spastic' as a term of derision and failure to follow through with his threats. All in all I'd like him roundly if he just thought a bit more before peppering his good sense proclamations with twatish language - so a division 2 would suite the relationship I think?

Having said that he might have me down as a prem player!

I reckon he thinks your a spastic.

No, as happens I don't have cerebral palsy, which would have been referred to as being a spastic at one time.
That reference had a modicum of dignity for sufferers but some heartless idiots took the word and used it as a derisive slur. It's perhaps the cruelest form of bullying to take a persons affliction and use it for derision and I would quite honestly kill a man on sight who used the term in my presence.
I doubt that ant of london actually thinks that I am spastic, if he did it would be forgivable but the sad thing is that he probably thinks that it's clever and funny. Fact is that it's the use of that word as a slur rather than as an honest reference that makes me sharpen the knife.
I don't mind funny, foulmouthed proclamations but picking on race, colour, creed and most especially victimising the weakest in society is beyond a joke and has been recognised as such by all decent people for many decades so there are no excuses for it.

I like to believe that City fans are the most decent of fans and blessed with a humour that everyone can appreciate - so let's get back to being funny and cut out the fascist language eh?
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

I have no issue with most of the above...however wide of the mark elements may be. I'm happy for us to have a championship-level feud for now!

However what "threats" are you referring to? I'm fairly certain I've never threatened anyone on here full stop; and that includes you since your initial histrionics about the "S Word".

The racist part just makes you look a bit daft if I'm honest...as others have tried to indicate to you. Anyhow carry on feuding....

Alright, entry into div 2 confirmed. ... Although in his later post Herb states that he would literally kill any man who used that term in his presence ... I feel like that ups the ante. Darkhorse for Div 1 feud?

i'm pretty sure the hyperbolic and on pain of death viewpoint response to the word "spastic" qualifies Herb for something.

BTW is it "Herb" or "Erb"? i'm using the latter as if i have a medicinal marijuana license to help control my afflictions, whatever they may be.

The term racist was used because you have the unfortunate Alf Garnet style habit of using race as a put down - you know you do and I wonder if you're a west 'am fan gone wrong or something?
The 'kill' terminology was wrong and I admit that readily but what's a forum for if not for the occasional exaggeration to emphasise a heartfelt emotion.
The Herb stands for Herb but feel free to drop the H - it's a moniker I carry with pride and has nothing at all to do with marijuana - you can ask my best mate Jack Herer.
Oh, and there's no such thing as a medical marijuana licence in these parts which is a pity 'cos I have a bit of a strawberry cough.

According to Swedish press, we've signed a 15-year old from Malmö FF for five million kronor, about 700 000 euros. That's a lot of money for a guy that young. And he has an agent, already.

His name is Zackarias Faour, he was born in 1998 and he plays as a forward.

Ps. Malmö FF plays in skyblue. Ds.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

I am sure many of us here remember watching Malmo playing Nottingham Forest in the European Cup Final, mate.

Have you seen this lad play or have you heard anything from Sweden about him?

Not a single thing, sorry. I mean it's when players are 17-18, often at least, that they become noticed by the national press and/or get their first games for the club first team.

I do know that Malmö has a good thing going with their youth production, not counting Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The last 5 or 6 years they've put out one or two decent, for Swedish standars anyway, players from the academy to their first team and many of them make the grade to the extent that they go abroad. The most succesful transfer of the post-Ibrahimovic batch is Agon Mehmeti who went to Palermo, but he's not done so well there I think.

I digress and perhaps you already knew this, but to answer your quesiton: I know nothing.

Isco was fucking CLASS in their U21 v Russia yesterday. Showed some incredible close control, quickness and ability to beat a man with the dribble. His crosses and corners were also good. Have wanted this lad for a long time and he has only gotten better.
