I care about the Europa League. Some of the Matches last season were really special to me. Anyone who went to the Home leg vs Hamburg will have felt the atmosphere.

Without Googling it, who won it last year? We got so close and I couldn't even be bothered to watch the final. Apart from Liverpool, I couldn't even tell you which English sides are still in it and that's how little it matters to most

Shaktar Donetsk won the Europa league last year they beat Bremen in final..also Everton and Fulham are in the Europa league, it is a worthwhile competition and I mean it more legitimate than the league milk cup where big clubs send out there 18 year olds till they get beaten or until they draw rival in semi final

One nil down and playing pretty well away from home, we get the scores level and the ref decides to award a Red card that should have been nothing more than a word.

I am not a Mancini fan but let's not forget we are in extra-time with 10 men. Although disappointing, some of you need to give your heads a wobble.

Bremen? I didn't Google it. To be honest, I stopped following it once we got knocked out and I had alot of personal stuff going on at the time.

RSC actually came on for Bridge which was an even stranger decision, bring on a striker yes, move a RB who has played all game in midfield over to LB and take a natural and attacking LB off. Bizarre

Sorry yeah it was bridge had a bit of rum tonight :p either so his decisions for subs have been shocking tonight swapping a LB for a LB when we need a goal was fucking GOLDEN!

Anyone at Liverpool celebrating being in it this season? Haven't a lot of the English sides played reserves when they got in it? Meaningless competition, on a par with Carling Cup. Pity, as old UEFA and Cup Winners' Cups were good, but once UEFA starts messing...
