Didn't see the game as I couldn't find a working stream (guess I'll have to go paid to be sure to have one) but from what I've read, I'm disappointed. From what I read Given had a shocking game, didn't he?

we got what we came for, after seeing starting line up it killed my enthusiasm but the game just killed my will to live. The way were playing is as bad as i can remember in the past 15 years

Will need Tevez and Bellers back for weekend as we have been fucking horrendous past 5 or 6 games now, everyone will be well up for it against scousers including us so i reckon we'll batter the fuckers and hopefully regain some confidence before going Chelsea.

Would have took a draw at the start, will take one now. Stoke is a hard place to go.

On a side note, noticed this on Saturday, but what shithouses Stoke are. They can give it out fine, a small tap though and they are down for years. Bastards.

for their goal the balls slipped under him from circa 30 yards. very unlike shay. then in injury time he tried to claim a cross was beaten to it for them to score and it was disallowed for a foul on the keeper

I am no footballing genius, but even I can see that without the passion and work rate of Tevez and Bellamy we look a very different team

Tonight was 2 points lost and therefore a game in hand wasted

In terms of being a top 4 team, currently we are pretenders not contenders

Vieira was an outstanding signing. the only player I have seen who can turn attack into defence every fucking time.

I'd have taken Santa-cruz off as he just wasn't up to the physical game of stokes defenders.
Very little movement from him either.
With stoke parking the bus both centre forwards have to hang a bit deeper and anticipate the crosses (which were shit tbf).
Not bad from Ade but not good from RSC.

Gareth Barry was the best centre mid in the county in September according to some on here, read about him now he should be playing for Port Vale or someone like that. I can gurantee you that young Johnson will be the next one to get the Mancityfans.net treatment from some posters on here.....Ryan Giggs this week...........Rowdry Giggs next week........!!
