Adding the word truth in brackets doesn't make a statement true, you twit. You're either a rather dedicated WUM or thick as a brick.
I'll spell it out for you, since you don't seem to possess any kind of grasp on some of the most basic concepts regarding this sport it seems.

Just because a player (RVP) ends up somewhere else, it doesn't necessarily mean other clubs didn't stand a chance to sign him. (truth, fuckhead!)

You have no idea what certain players desire, intend or think in any way, shape or form. Neither do I & most of the other posters on here, but then most of us don't pretend that we do.

If you want to get taken seriously in the future, as a fan & as a poster, take a step back & stop embarrassing yourself.

so a direct quote from the player isn't truth?

..."It normally depends on the player and the two teams, but in my case, there were two other teams involved as well.
One was [Manchester] City and the other one was Juventus. So it was a bit hectic but I always wanted this transfer from day one"

try reading before jumping to conclusions. but wait, let me guess, the press totally misquoted him and made it look like he didnt want to come right? never trust the papers...ever.

Get a brain. I always wanted a mansion on the Costa del Sol, but if someone offers me a loft in NYC for free, I'll take it. Nowhere in that quote does he say that we never stood a chance. Maybe the rags' financial offer was the best one from day one, which is why he wanted 'this transfer'? Maybe he would've come to us, if we offered the same money or more? Maybe our people didn't push hard enough for the transfer (riling up Mancini in the process)? Ever thought about any of those possibilities?

But you're right. I didn't read that quote in the papers. Maybe you could be so kind to point me to the one where Lewandowski rules out a move to City next?

According to Graham Hunter on his Sky Sports podcast we are very much interested in signing Thiago Alcantara from Barca.

And Isco is quoted as saying he hopes to come to City.

Those two plus Fernandinho & Navas & I recon Silva, Yaya & Nasri will have to seriously up their games from last season's standard, or they'll be watching from the bench.

On Yaya, it would be good to have a manager who has the balls to drop him once in a while or take him off when he's offering us nothing.

Well, as I've just mentioned on the other thread, Fernandinho is quite capable of doing Yaya's job, so it should now be possible to rest/drop him whenever we feel like it.

It's possible that we could keep all our strikers and just add width and pace behind them.

I sincerely hope you're right. I hop ADM gets nowhere near the City squad.

That is going to be one hell of a midfield: Nasri, Milner, Yaya, Fernandinho, Silva, Navas, Garcia, Barry, Rodwell, Sinclair, and now maybe Isco and/or Thiago. Surely one or more should be sold; there will be too many bodies....

You aren't a city fan, you are a bellend. An absolute pussy that comes across as clueless on top of being a rag.

Thankfully it's not just me that thinks it, judging by the amount of board members that have pointed it out to you.

It must be disappointing knowing you're not liked.

Boring cunt.
