I have zero sympathy for Kane
Kane was stupid enough to sign a long term contract at Spurs. To just try and put that level of stupidity into perspective remember he said he wanted to win things, he then signs for Spurs who don't win things, who are controlled by Levy who treats players like dirt and does not have release conditions written into his contract if Spurs do not win things and it all goes pear shaped.

What a clown and he is also a dirty player and a complete bell end.

£150m for Harry Kane. GTF.

Grealish is not the messiah. He's performed well for Villa. That's it. He's proved himself to be a good player for a mid table side. Not done a thing at any level above that.

Raheem was bossed out the game by a guy that plays for Motherwell FFS. Resorted to blatant cheating with the dive. Time to get rid.

Agree Dimples
He is either a fool or incredibly poorly advised and most probably a combination of both

He made his bed, now he has to fucking lie in it

I feel sorry for the players, they have no chance of winning as long as Southgate is left in charge.
And they must know this. Most of those players have top top club managers.

Yep agree. 2 or 3 times I saw Stones, obviously under orders, just kick the ball into touch as the safe row z option. Other times players had no one to pass to.

When Foden went our last scoring chance went too. Razza was shocking as usual. Southgate just changed players in a failing system, never occurred to change things.

Southgate is a coward. There were obvious areas of improvement after the Croatia game and he made the two safest changes imaginable. 5 years in the job and he still feels like a caretaker.

Sad that some of the better players have to change their game to suit England. Stones cannot go back to his keeper like he does most weeks. Agree on Kane clearly his head is elsewhere, thought he was beyond shite last night possibly the worst ive seen him play. Watched it in a pub in malaga last night and said grealish would come on for Foden, how many chances did he create when he came on? Compare that to skin-fade gascoigne. We needed a goal and on comes wythenshawe marky and not Calvert Lewin - really Southgate, talk me through that one. Watching that was like watching recent derbies - embarrassing

There was a point where Stones was ready to receive the ball from Pickford, and before he got the ball he looked over his shoulder to see no midfielder had dropped deep to give him an option for when he received the ball. He was screaming and pointing to show Rice and Phillips where to move to.

It must be so shit for our boys to have to play with crap like Rice.

Neither Rice nor Yorkshire Pirlo covered themselves in glory last night. There wasn't a lot in front of them tbf though especially when Foden was hooked

It was a stonewall penalty.

What's wrong with playing for Motherwell? The bloke is a professional footballer and he's entitled to have a good game. Fair play to him.

What was seriously pissing me off was all of our defensive players failing to support the forwards. It must’ve been the tactic and a very poor one at that. We hardly seen James get forward and Shaw rarely broke the halfway line. There was a couple of times where Stones tried to dictate the midfield and push them on but they were having none of it. There was absolutely no risk taken, even in passing the ball.

It was like 2 separate entities as a team. A back six that could not break and a front 3 that were up against an packed and organised defensive system. No wonder there was so much space in the middle for Scotland to exploit.

Final might be in Budapest because of the rule UK has on Covid, would be better than half full Wembley, we won’t be in the final anyway with Slouthgate as manager
