His glass-like muscle stamina is really frustrating. His legs are almost too strong. Hr can't stay fit. A shame. Hope he gets some rest now maybe and can come back fit for the season.

If that's serious tho he'll be out until October.

Nigeria went into a hurdle after half time. That's blown their chances. I don't think ive ever seen a team with a huddle win at the Etihad. It's a substitute for real confidence and tactics. I wish bookies would take bets on it.

Got home late from work but this game looks a cracker - Zabba been instrumental in keeping it 3-2 so far!

Must say I've been impressed with Benzema this tournament. Playing devils advocate, if we assume Suarez goes to Madrid and Benzema becomes surplus to requirements, should we be tempted to complete the merry go round by getting him and letting Negredo go to Atletico to replace Costa?

I do think he would suit playing with Aguero and he is fast as fuck. Still relatively young

When he moved to Madrid he took something like a season and a half to settle in though. It might indicate he would take a while to settle into life in England too.

Maybe. He was a young guy though going to the pressure cooker of the Bernabeu. He is now a bit older, a bit wiser and maybe he is good pals with Nasri, who he may also link up well with.

Imagine how good these Frenchies would be with Ribery and Nasri.

He's filled out a lot now compared to what he was, he was too weak for the Prem imo.

Still wouldn't want him personally though. Tends to be really really shit when his form goes; & 24 goals in 52 games is less than any of our strikers would get in Real's team imo.

I'll settle for a Klose goal if the USA can score two to make it 2-2.

Was that Lahm with an excellent defensive block? I do believe it was.

Well done USA. Be interesting to see what Portugal do now. Take Ronaldo away and they are average at best. Maybe Lopez in a couple of years will take over the mantle

I hope the Algerians can hold on to this. They're the team that has charmed me the most so far this tournament. I think they deserve to go through.

fuck them.

i need the Koreans to do some damage here quickly and steal this. Versus 10 men you might fancy them.

This is the group no one seemed to want to win. i predict that both teams coming out of this will make a quit exit. Belgium for all the hype is absolute shit.

cheers

Three games, three wins? For Belgium. Not what I'd call absolute shit. Not set the world on fire, that is for sure, but they look a difficult side to beat
