Romeo Lavia has been left out of Southampton's squad for their Carabao Cup match at Gillingham tonight.Looks like he’ll be at Liverpool. Massive calamity signing Phillips and selling Lavia.
The problem is the juices will make him world class. But let's see for how long.
Don't understand the Phillips thing. Pep wants him out, why do we still have him on board?
Because his stick was never that high when we bought him. He’d had half a good season in the Prem and came with the risk of massive injury problems. No other club is stupid enough
I think they are. He is England international, actually I started I might say because Southgate is an imbecile, so we can use that.

They left him out to avoid being cup tied just in case sale goes through. Not necessary they've accepted their bid. I hope the vermins walk away. Out of all clubs in the world it had to be them.

I think they will up their offer and I think he will end up there.

Ilkay Gundogan could leave Barcelona this weekend after a shock clause in his contract was revealed.
The German signed for the Catalan club from Manchester City just six weeks ago but could be packing his bags on Sunday if he hasn’t been registered by then.
Best advice: Do not let your dick make decisions.

Apparently we’ve tabled a bid for Paqueta at West Ham. Not sure what’s going on in Pep’s head. Just play Foden maybe instead?

I'd prefer to play him on the wings, he doesn't track back, great going forward though. I'm thinking right wing and bring Silva in the middle? Either way, we need reinforcement in the middle, hopefully we shift shit show Phillips

I have only ever seen paqueta play centrally for west ham. Cant sat he ever stood out. 70m rejected is already massively overpriced.

If £70m has been rejected I’d leave it. Definitely not worth £70m, probably around £50m max

Just been on KUMB and half are saying “let him go it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, he’d be better suited to City” and the other half saying “reject the offer at all costs”.
I feel it’s a bit harsh on West Ham leaving it this late, even if the sale doesn’t go through we’ve messed with a players head.

Not in today's market, Lavia going for 50m after one season.
Mind you, I'd prefer we go back to Lavia, works out a lot cheaper.

Could be his people have broke the news Mase. Philips the other way.

I'd be good with that. Phillips has to be on his way out after not getting any minutes on Sunday

Our kid told me last season he liked him. Better than anything the scum have. Not the best endorsement I know.

The Paqueta thing can be very interesting, to be honest.
He is not a winger, he is very similar to Gundo, more similar than Kovacic.
The logical thing is that Philips is on his way while Kovacic will be moved as a holding mid, like Rodri.
I am on board with that.
Make it happen.

He needs to be persuaded it’s in his own interests to leave. A loan to West Ham would be far better for him and the Club than him sitting on the bench all season.
