Watching it now, he HARDLY slags mancini and its a bit of a bloody over reaction on here as usual IMO.

Toure is GASH. and fair play hes playing the younger lads, but I just dont see it from Ibrahim, Cunningham et al. How is boyota a better bet than ned? Ibrahim shows glimpses but he is very lightweight for the prem.

I was going to post a thread on this, but where are the blues like David Ball and Clayton? I thought these were the lads looking likely to break in under hughes. It does annoy me how managers seem to have their 'favourites' and players they judt dont fancy, regardless of talent.

Stevie is an excellent player, but im with mancini on that one. He demonstrated a bad attitude at the derby, that i saw with my own eyes. We've not seen his determintation this season and I dont know whats up. All he does is blame the fact that he hasn't been playing in his right position. Im SURE that ireland loved hughes, but then as soon as he left came out and said Hughes didnt use him properly and that Mancini ''took the chains off him'' early on, So what the fuck stevie?

Fair shout to back mancini, but to the guy saying anyone who isnt on board should fuck off is harsh. Ned is a bright man, hes a blue. Stevie has talent (but i do think hes being a cock atm), Tevez is our best player. Would you really accept mancini getting rid of all of our academy city fans lads and our best players and replacing them with god knows who?!

I was'nt saying we should replace all of our players that have come through the ranks, but Id get rid of the ones that cant even string two good seasons together and then go on a sulk sayin its the managers fault , or are young lads thinkin they are something special and have a little cry when established internationals are gettin in front of them in our startin XI..

So what if a player is well spoken or has qualifications coming out of his arse??When has that ever won a game of football.. It also cracks me up when people say 'this and that player are great guys' when did you last go out for a drink with the player in question?? Granted, we know some players can be top guys (Im struggling to think up a list so will use Zola as an example ) but we usually find out late in their carrier when we have properly been able to judge them on what they have had to say..How many of us thought Merson was such a tosser before he got this panel job on SSN??

Is the video that has been posted here [thanks Mark (BlueArmy)] all there was? The words "teacup" and "storm" spring to mind.

I've not seen the vid on here, but did you and TB see the part where he basically called Mancini's integrity into question?

There is nothing like that on the vid, mate, so no.

Right. He went onto say that Mancini stated on record that Lescott would not make the last 2 games so would possibly miss the World Cup Squad (which we've all seen). But he then said that Lescott was actually ready and could've played in the last 2 games giving him a chance of making the squad, and it was Mancini who stopped him from going; basically undermining Macini's position and calling him a liar. I asked Doug regarding Lescottand he said that Lescott looked nowhere near ready but would've probably been ready when the finals kicked off.

He also said something along the lines of, "it's a real shame he'll miss out because of the management style over those last couple of games".

Due to having a great academy, we have a history of brining in young players who turn many clubs eyes in the first season, for first few games. But time and time again they just dont quite kick on and step up into being regular, class, good enough for a season players.

They are often good players, but can you name 1 academy player we let go who went on to set the world on fire?

Neds is a good strong quick player, and we all like him. How quickly we forget the fucked up appearences he has made at right back. The facts are that he isnt quite good enough to be a top 4, season regular starter centre back or right back. He has barely ever played more than 15 games in a row due to injuries, and those are the facts that stop him hitting the first team.

For his own sake, a transfer to Bolton or Blackburn, maybe follow Hughes to Westham even, would all be good moves for him. Money isnt important to us apparentlt, but i'd expect atleast 5 million for him.

Ireland is different. Mancini has played him when he has been fit, but this season under Mancini's reign, he hasnt stayed fit and his form was affected. A summer with his feet up followed by a week of hill running should see him fit and back ready to be his best again.

We need Ireland, we dont really need Ned, he would only ever be good back up.

I wonder if they're cutting it short because Ned asked them to. Afterall, they don't want to lose the 'Lap of Onuaha' do they ;-)

Even though he ripped it up!

I know that's tongue in cheek but it is odd that that the second interview and the one which was really off the mark, imo, isn't available.

I'll not start on his treatment on the 'lap of Onuaha'. I'd be accused of being over critical and harsh if I did.

I thought it was quite comical, sat there pretending to be the Cut-Out and no-one clicked on. Ned is truly a genius!

Blaming management for Lescott nearly missing the England squad and others, praising twitchy and complaining.

I think he has a stinking attitude so lets fuck him off.

No stop, that's gotta been edited wrong, praising Twitchy and slating our manager, is he not Craig Belamy?

I have no problem with players giving interviews and never slag them off on here, but this is beyond reproach in my book.
