I am not an expert on foreign players at all and can confess that i have never laid eyes on Aguero or Dzeko so i voted for Benzema because i have seen quite a lot of him on the TV and he looks like he has everything that a striker needs in the English game, height, strength, power and a great scoring ability.

the common opinion seems to be that he's vastly overrated...imho he isn't, maybe he's not as good as Tevez but he's top class, same kind of player, so we could slot him in quite easily. Dzeko would add another dimension to our game, the one we lost when Adebayor's relationship with mancini deteriorated, or whatever the reason is for him not even making the bench anymore.

I wouldn't mind signing him if we signed another striker as well. Trouble is we don't know who's staying or leaving now because this could effect the position of all the strikers we were planning on dumping.

Imo, ability wise, Adebayor is a better player than just about anyone we could sign; if we could get some performances out of him but have we agreed to sell/loan him?
