Nice Cryuff turn from Kompany there.

Seems Balotelli's moved out wide left and Silva's playing up front.

Villa just manage to snuff out a marauding Yaya's pass towards Balotelli as we counter attack

Yaya should have just charged on then, I had visions of the last Villa defender just letting him run past.

Kompany might start getting some recognition in the press after that bit of skill, in his own box, fucking brilliant.

lol @ Bal - i mean Richards shot

Each goal merits 30 seconds of injury time.

Why are we only playing 1 minute?

Albrighton did well, Lescott even better to beat Carew to that. Goal aside he's been excellent.

What a good half, rarely troubled by Villa and had them in all kinds of bother.

Loved that from Balo at the end - kicks the ball into the Villa player on the ground's face so we'd win the goal kick. Great half and top of the league.

We haven't had as much of the ball or passed it as well as in many other games (we were much better against Fulham) but we do look threatening when we get forward.Just what Mancini ordered this so far, a good comfortable win with a few key players rested.

I do hope Tevez doesnt come on for a few minutes ( it's a waste of my fantasy captain) Another goal early in the second half please.

Doesn't Balo have a great smile? Handsome man. Great half. A headed goal too.

I'd really like to see Sweep come on.

It was Reo-Cocker, not Carew; Carew is injured I think. ;)

Anyway, great first 35 minutes, then we kind of switched off and let them have a couple chances. We can boast our GD if we keep pushing in the second half, but considering we have another game in few days time it wouldn't be too bad to just control the game now.

Not sure where that came from. Agbonlahor's been pretty much invisible so I figured he must have been playing.

Hope Tevez is rested entirely. Milner, Jo and Boateng to come off the bench for me.
