I've played alot of football and i can tell you placing a ball in the top corner with your weeker foot first time from distance is the better goal!!! It is potentially the goal of the season. It was a good header, but no where near as good as that finish!!

Is your weeker foot the one you use Monday through Friday?

I think it was probably the best header I have seen from a City player, technique and execution were perfect and while not as flashy as the 4th goal it was more than just a 'good header'.

And it was indeed a great goal but with shots like that you do have to bear in mind they could just as easily have cleared the bar by a couple of yards as such an effort is, to some degree, speculative. The header, on the other hand, had to be 'made' and had to be precise.

I can do the header but I can't do the left foot finish, hence I voted for it.

er the header could have gone over the bar as well couldn't it? Both these goals were precise and superb for different reasons.

There is no way you could do that header Ted. That's why it was best. Moving in the same direction as the flight of the ball yet still being able to generate enough power to get the ball past Friedel. World class.

I'll score similar goals. It was a difficult header, not an impossible one!

Like to see you do it while shaking your head, if it indeed cannot stop.

Unless you were lying, in which case maybe you're lying about other things, maybe which goal you actually voted for and such...I don't think we can believe a word you say anymore, the trust is gone. I think I need a hug.

It was a fantastic header but not impossible. People used to score all kinds of headed goals from all angles & also be abale to lay the ball off perfectly rather than just bouncing the fucking thing off their earholes or overhitting it 20 yards to the keeper.

There was a time when people used to practice heading the ball, at all angles for hours on end, because it was a skil rather than just something nasty you have to do, which seems to be the case with many people these days who don't know their arses from their elbows when it comes to heading a football & probably practiced about 2 per day.
