Probably just sit there boiling over until the people are down the tunnel before starting your rant.
Actually, I'm tempted to leave early for the next match and see if anyone says anything to me. I very much doubt it.
My pal was asking everyone yesterday why they were leaving early.
Was funny seeing everyone's face nobody kicked off back they just looked bemused at why he was asking and if leaving early was the normal thing to do.
thegoatfeeder wrote:Personally I am not having a go at anyone particular, I am sure many people have reasons to leave early and thats fine. It is the numbers leaving early though, I could be wrong, but Eastlands at the final whistle always looks far emptier than any other stadium, obviously with the exception of teams like Wigan. At other grounds you get people leaving before the end, but we have it in such ridiculous numbers, that is what I don't understand.

Would have absolutely loved to see your mates face if one of them had turned around and said, "Got to get home because my wife is looking after our disabled child of 5 years old who is going in for an operation down in London tomorrow morning so we've got to set off and get down there as we're staying over night".
People don't know anyone's personally reasons for leaving early and it should be kept that way.

Yep, all 20,000 of them were off to do that. Fucking hell man, leave the bullshit stories out of it, that makes you sound a twat using disabled children to make a point. If that was the case I'd be thinking you are a complete fuckwit for going in the 1st place. Face it, they're just not very good supporters.

When I was at the derby Mase I gave a couple leaving early an absolute gobful.
Seriously, do away with the parking. Include the price of public transport in the ticket price. No buses leave until after the match. Sorted.

That's why I said "...if one of them had turned around and said...." kiddo.
Not very good supporters? Are you serious? as I've stated, when I was a kid City were beyond shite. We were in the old Division 2 losing to fuckin Stockport. Like I've said I could quite easily have thought, 'You know what, fuck this supporting a shite team. All my mates support United, I'm gonna support them.' But I didn't. I still had a season ticket then and I've still got it now at 26 years of age. If one week I decide to leave early for ANY reason, that doesn't make me a 'not very good support' at all.

Then head over to where I've parked and the traffic is usually gone by then.
But I don't have a problem with people leaving early as it's their choice.

Ahhhh, feeling guilty now. No need to explain ;-)

Sometimes if I've had a curry the night before I'll have to pop to the loos and miss 5-10 minutes of the first half though.

The front as in the main entrance? Do you ever get to see any of them and do they stop for photos/autographs? My daughter is desperate to meet Sergio.

I miss 5 of the 1st and 5 of the 2nd so I can have a pint, and nearly missed AJ's goal. Luckily the steward let me stand in the walkway while we had a chat; nearly got my beer all over him. I class it as putting money into the club, honest ;-)

Suppose you're lucky that the steward didn't swing for you I guess considering the other thread.
