If we never shoot, it allows WBA defenders just to put all their concentration into stopping the little dinky passes going through the middle. If we shoot, they nave to come out & close the ball, thus making the little dinky pass more worthwhile. DS keeps getting in that position & trying passes which aren't on, rather than shots which are.

Said it was a soft sending off before the second but Wigan had no fight anyway.

Kolo is shit scared when he gets dragged out wide, nasri needs to keep the moves flowing rather than slowing things to a halt then losing the ball. Other than that a decent show so far from my perspective.

our current 8 goal goal difference certainly doesn't look as much of a cushion as it did a while back when i think it was nearly 20 at one point, wasn't it?

Not taking our chances will kill us...why does Aguero often feel the need to take one, sometimes two too many touches when he's in on goal? it's fucking frustrating. Silva not impressing me today either. it happens.

as others have said, i miss Barry.

Looks like we want to pass the ball in the goal. We saw what a horrible keeper is Foster, test him and he will make a mistake.

PS: That was a valid goal, the ball came from Olsson.

I thought Agureo was offside from the original shot, as he was impeding the defender, thus interfering with play.

It's not easy when the other team's 'forwards' are on the edge of their own 18 yard box. Very frustrating to see the lack of ambition from them.

It may well be Balotelli who was flagged.
