A bit of romanian humor.

Lucescu, his manager, said he looks like a young MJ.

Michael Jackson molested his younger self?

Played for shakhtar since 2005-2006 season and scored 50+ goals in less than 300 appearances.
1 in 6 ain't too bad for a midfielder eh?

No. He's also a pretty quick, likes to get stuck in (if you know what I mean) box-to-box midfielder. Be interesting if he comes to see who he replaces.

In my opinion Barry can only play one game a week at the his highest standard. A Garcia and Barry partnership does not offer enough mobility in attack or defence. Rodwell is injury prone so cannot be our only alternative. I get the feeling that Fernandinho will be a partner to Barry or Garcia with Yaya pushed forward behind a front three.

Not one that I have picked up on. If he is one that Bob has picked out then he will do for me.

If Mancini wants him that is good enough for me.

Need to sign this summer, a centre back, central midfielder, winger and centre forward.

Barry will become a squad player, which immediately makes us stronger. Garcia has to improve in 2nd season with a good pre-season behind him orr be sold. Rodwell injury prone and potential.

Reading about this lad seems like he is mobile, good technical player.

Fidel Castro wrote:Brazilian. So shit.

I remember talking about him when he played in Europe (against Chelsea I think) - he isn't typically Brazilian - he put a hell of a lot of effort into the match. If I was him I'd check my parentage because I could swear he was Argentinian.
As I said at the time, he's already used to playing in a country with shitty weather too, which is a bonus.

Lucescu: "If City pay 50m euros, they can have him. If someone pays that amount, he will leave. If not, it is almost impossible."

Lucescu: "If a stronger team comes in, I'll do everything possible to help (the deal). But City at the moment not at Shakhtar's level."

Now, Lucescu is a dirty fucker. Good manager, but dirty, something like Old Taggart. He will do everything in his power to stop this, however, Ahmedov will want to sell him.

If we pay them more than 23 mil, we are idiots because he is a gamble, he can be fit, he can be shit. We did two midfield mistakes last summer, Garcia and Rodwell, we can't affort another one.

Rodwell looked good when he came back. If a summer's rest gets him fit I'd rather have him than this guy. Brazilians haven't dome well for City, Elano apart. Then again, as people are saying, if Mancini want him he knows better than me.

while he seems good on paper, he is no where near worth his buyout clause nor should city need or have to pay this kind of money for a DM in the ukrainian league.

city are in a completely different position than when they were 5 years ago, we don't need to spend silly money on one player, just because we're city.
