You've gotta start somewhere.

Tameside. About 3 miles from the COMS if that

Ha ha ha, fucker. It did say local team. There's not many more local to me, or to the ground, as that ;-)

It says lower, not local.

After that shite on Tuesday, my favourite lower team is England.

What's lower than your local?

I had to get 2 buses (one if I couldn't afford the fare) to see City and used to get in every game (they had grease and glass on the stands).

It's not a loyalty thing, it was a 'My Dad' thing. And I loved it. Still do ;-)

A whole lot of scummy cockneys travel half the country twice a month to find something lower than their local.

Glasgow Rangers - feel free to insert your own gag here.

I have a Scottish grandparent who passed Rangers support down to my Mum and then on to me. They've been my 2nd team since the early 80's and I have seen be pretty average under Jock Wallace and John Greig, then wildly successful in Scottish football terms, and now sink to the depths though climbing back up.

Been to Ibrox many times, and have also been lucky enough to see Rangers in person in Scottish FA Cup, Scottish League Cup and Uefa Cup finals, and seen 4 Old Firm games too - 2 wins and 2 draws. That's all quite a way off now but the club will be back, though it remains a shambles at present. Am hopeful Sir Alistair of Mccoist will remain in place having stuck it out despite all collapsing around him.
