Not so sure tbh. From the little I've seen he doesn't have the blistering pace of a Ronaldo. More jinky and nimble with the ball at his feet.
More in the Samir Nasri mould.
Will be interesting to see how the lad develops. As you said before, we all like to see good footballers, irrelevant of who they play for.

way to early to make any comparisons, 3 sub appearances and one start!! This is just a mad as the press wankfest

It does seem a little strange that some Blues are more elated at the prospect than some Rags are.

He reminds me of adam johnson when he 1st joined us, no fear, is allowed a bit of freedom to do what he does best due to his age, i wouldnt say no if we did pinch him, we have a distinct lack of out and out left sided options.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not it's not.
You can tell from a single game or even less what type of player someone is. Not talking about ability at all, just what type of game they play.

And that's the whole point of the thread. There is no way we can say how good he is or where he can go until he's at least played a few games, and at the same time decent teams rather than a team that has picked up 1 point from 21.

And no one has disagreed with you on that point.
What you can say though is the lad clearly has potential. Nothing more as of yet.

Just signed a 5 year contract with the Rags.

Hopefully cost them a fortune, no money left for the transfer window.

I suspect it might just have a release fee in it somewhere.

Got a feeling Real Madrid will be sniffing around him in a couple of years as they tend to do with every half decent prospect.

The rags making sure they get some money out of him if he comes good.

Not that it will help when he hands in a transfer request if a big club comes in for him.

According to the BBC this lad made a fantastic, brilliant, superb, fandabidozie cross into the box to set up the Rags only goal. Anybdy know how he got on otherwise, is he still the universes saviour?

It wasn't a cross, more of a long cut-through pass to set Rooney up for a one on one.
I thought he was alright. Nothing special, but not bad either. He outshone Nani on the other wing, but that doesn't say much.

Unfortunately he looked really good. The pass for the shrek miss that led to the goal was a gooden.

He was getting back and helping Evra out alot which kept the scum in the game.
