No doubt a candle-lit vigil in the memorial garden awaits him before signing(-)on the dotted line.

I'm stunned he's taking the job on.

He's got a lot of work to do.

Could be a spectacular period or a crazy few months as the team gets torn apart with his method of pressing, he has no superstars. What he will do is attract players to speak with, if they want to pay for elite players, he will get them through the door which means they have to stop buying potential, and shell out top dollor, that said who wants to live on Merseyside.

I thought he did well and even told them to look forward not backwards.

HOWEVER is it just me or does he already have a tan and his teeth have been whitened? What if the job was like a horror movie curse that does that to every manager until they win something?

Odd.

Cheers

What should be the name of the movie?

The slippery curse? The Curse of the Slip? The Children of Klanfield? Nightmare on Klanstreet? I know what you did not win the past 25 years?

I really liked the guy from that interview. Seems to have a great approach to football and the media whilst also showing a great belief in himself without the arrogance of one or two we could mention.

Where is the media outcry about a "promising young British manager replaced by an expensive foreign import"?

Promises the league within 4 years after only being given a 3 year deal, and we thought Brendan was deluded!

Wondered the same thing.

Cutting through the media love-in of Klopp, just a reminder that Pellegrini had turfed his greatest BVB side out of the CL, but for a horrendous offside not given.

And he did it with this lot.
